For rebooking the following year, a 50% deposit is required upon inquiry to secure your week and cabin(s), with the remaining balance due by Jan. 15. If the final payment is not received by Jan. 15, your spot and week will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned if the spot is filled. For all new guest bookings, the full amount is required at the time of booking.
We understand that plans can change suddenly. Please note that your reservation is fully refundable if we can re-book the cabin for the week you had it reserved.
Check-in time begins at 3:00pm on the Saturday of your arrival, and Check-out time is 9:00 am the Friday of your departure. As we are a small, family run resort, early check-in is not possible. Please respect our time and do not arrive before 3. If you anticipate arriving later than 5:00 pm, kindly inform us in advance..
A small amount of visitors welcome to come. We will need to know in advance to approve the number of people & cars. Since parking & space is limited and to be mindful of other guests, all visitors will be subject to a per-person-fee to use the amenities and space. They are not allowed to operate rented boats.
Jacob’s Cove Resort is a smoke-free property. There are ample areas outdoors for smoking away from other guests and we kindly ask that you dispose of your smoking waste in the fire pit. Please do not liter.
To ensure that all our guests have a good stay, we do not allow pets.
we are located at 41424 Dawn Trail off of Highway 108. Maplewood State park is 4 miles from us and Lida Greens golf course is across the road.
