All cabins are equipped with the following: dishes, pots and pans, utensils, gas cooking range, refrigerator, small microwave, TV, toaster, heater, and fans for every bedroom. We provide bed linens/pillows, a roll of toilet tissue and a trash bag. There is firewood near the firepit.You just need to bring your towels, dish rags, paper towels, soaps, garbage bags for kitchen tall cans, your food & ice!
Jacob’s Cove Resort is a smoke-free property. There are ample areas outdoors for smoking away from other guests and we kindly ask that you dispose of your smoking waste in the firepit. Please do not liter.
Yes! All humans contribute to the guest total.
We love a good fish fry! Just make sure your fryer is outside and away from cabin siding. You will, however, need to put your oil back in its container and take home with you. Do not dump your oil on the ground or in the dumpster, ever! This will result in unwanted animals & pests.
There are plugins on our docks you can use, but you will need to bring 8 to 10 ft. cord.
To ensure that all our guests have a good stay, we do not allow pets.
We do not, but there are plenty of campsites around Lake Lida & Pelican Rapids that do.
A small amount of visitors welcome to come. We will need to know in advance to approve the number of people & cars. Since parking & space is limited and to be mindful of other guests, all visitors will be subject to a per-person-fee to use the amenities and space. They are not allowed to operate rented boats.
